Ingredients:

1000g minced meat

200g feta cheese

100g olive slices

2 onions

salt, pepper & oregano

Step 1: Preparation

Give the olive slices with the meat in a bowl. Cut the onions in small pieces and put them in the bowl. Scatter salt, pepper & oregano to it and stir everything together. Now fill the half of the mix in an oven spring form and press it in the form. Crumble the feta cheese over it and place the rest of the meat on top. Press the meat in the form and shape it smooth.

Step 2: Finish

Put the spring form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 40 minutes. Now grab a piece and enjoy. Look at my other work.
