Introduction: Big Hot Meatballs With Jalapeno Sundried Tomatos and Chives Recipe
Ingredients:
1200g minced meat
250g sundried tomatoes
100g jalapenos
50g chives
salt, pepper & thyme
Step 1: Preparation
Cut the sundried tomatoes and the jalapenos in pieces and give them to the meat. Add the chives and scatter salt, pepper & thyme to it. Mix everything together and form meatballs.
Step 2: Finish
Place the meatballs on an oven plate and put them in the oven at 170 degrees celsius circulating air for about 45 minutes. Now grab a few and enjoy. Look at my other work.
