Introduction: Big Hot Sausage Roll Recipe



500g minced meat

1 portion puff pastry

100g jalapeno slices

2 spoons sesame

1,5 teaspoons paprika

1,5 teaspoons curry

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Step 1: Preparation

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it in half. Cut the jalapeno slices and put them to the meat.Scatter salt, pepper, paprika & curry to the meat and mix everything together. Form a sausage out of the half from the meat. Place it on the puff pastry and wrap it around the meat. Now make a second roll out of the rest.

Step 2: Finish

Place the rolls on an oven plate and sprinkle sesame on top. Put them in the oven at 160 degrees celsius circulating air for about 40 minutes. Now it is time to grab a piece and enjoy. Look at my other work.
