Binder Clip Phone Stand

Make an AWESOME stand for ANY Phone in seconds!!!
All you need is 3 binder clips of the same size (preferably medium), and you're good to go!

Step 1: Assembly

Straighten the pins of the first clip, and attach the second clip onto them.

See the images for further clarification.

Step 2: Final Touches

Now take the third binder clip and clip it on the TOP pin of the second clip.

Lastly, bend the Black part of the first clip upwards.

Step 3: Alternate Vertical Method

Your phone should easily rest horizontally on the stand. But, if you have a bigger phone, it may not stand vertically with ease.
For this, all you have to do is extend the lower pin of the 3rd clip and place the tip on the bottom pin of the 2nd clip. Tie them with a rubber band if the keep moving apart. Voila!

That's about as simple as I've ever seen a phone stand. Nice.

Cool idea.

A nice upgrade would be to slide some silicon tubing over the top chrome wire part, you will have more grip for the phone and it shouldn't scratch the phone as much, likewise a piece of tubing on the chrome bit that sits on the table will give a better grip on that surface too.

I tried to keep the required materials to a minimum, but anyone who has a silicon tube lying around can easily make this improvement.
