Introduction: Bio Luminaire Desk Lamp
With inspiration from the Mercedes Benz Vision Avtar, the industrial design course project indicated producing a desk light incorporating biomaterials while taking into account ergonomics, operation, environment, and visual appeal for typical homes.
Using common consumables as my raw materials, such as wheat, vinegar, cooking oil, and more, occurred to me throughout the design process since it is environmentally friendly and sustainable. The vegetation on Pandora's planet served as inspiration for the design's form as well. The straightforward DIY clay foundation seems to have holes punched through the pattern.
