Introduction: Black Leather Belt Sheath
OK this is a sheath, made from a belt.
This is a strong belt that will make a sturdy sheath.
Step 1: Get Your Materials
You will need
~ Wide black leather belt
~ Scissors (i used large shears)
~ Knife (obviously)
Step 2: Fist Cut
Cut right under the holes.
Leave about 1 cm under the holes
Step 3: Measure the Sheath
Put your knife on the sheath.
Tip about one cm above holes.
Step 4: Second Cut
Cut 2 cm above where blade ends.
You can cut more or less if you want.
Step 5: Open Ends
Spead the end with your fingers.
Step 6: Put Blade In
Just put your blade down the belt.

That knife, if it has any edge at all, is gonna dull in that sheath while it starts to wear through it.

Like the layout and design, I have a belt just like the one you used that I get the feeling is going to be holding a knife very soon. Question though, think there might be a way to inset a belt loop or boot/pocket holder? Thought you might have an idea...not that I would make this for a butcher knife and carry it on my belt...however that would be a very Crocodile Dun Dee move.

well you could cust cut a hole on the sheath.
Or you could sew a belt loop like item on.3
