Step 1:

First thing -blow up a balloon

I used water and paper mache and plaster to cover up the balloon

Step 2:

And i put 5 layers on balloon

I had to cut bottom so it can fit on my head Then i had to cut one of the eyes out to make a eye

Step 3:

I cut holes to add horns and built the horns of cardboard toilet paper to hot glue them together

I had to cover the edges with more plaster wrap to seal up edges I painted it and i add a a eyepatch
