Introduction: Blue Cheese Butter My Biscuits!

About: Hello, my name is Holly and thank you for your interest. I currently reside in Las Vegas, NV and have been baking for over 25 years...it is my absolute passion! I wanted to capture a little bit of our Cake Azu…

Here's what you'll need

1 large can pre-made biscuit dough

5 ounces crumbled blue cheese

1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)

2 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 handful of fresh cilantro

Don't walk......Run to the kitchen to make this decadent crowd-pleasing appetizer!

Step 1:

Preheat your oven to 350. Start with a 9'' pie pan.

Step 2:

Grab a stick of butter and melt it in a small saucepan (or in the microwave).

Step 3:

Transfer the melted butter to the pie pan.

Step 4:

Open your pre-made can of biscuit dough. I used cheese biscuit dough for this instructable, (who doesn't love more cheese) however, plain biscuit dough works just as well. Carefully arrange your biscuits directly on top of the melted butter.

Step 5:

Mince two garlic cloves and carefully spread the garlic evenly. Drizzle maple syrup, and pile your blue cheese crumbles. Roughly chop your cilantro and sprinkle on top.

Step 6:

Bake 17-22 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. This is a special dish...it is super easy...and disappears faster than anything on the table. Delish! Enjoy ;)
