The blue lagoon cocktail is a classic cocktail made of a few easy to get ingridients and will keep you cooled during the hot summer.

Let's see how to make it..

STEP 1: Watch Video

STEP 2: Ingridients

For this cocktail you will need:

Vodka.

Blue curaçao.

A lemon.

Ice.

Sugar.

Water.

A highball glass.

STEP 3: Mixing

1) Fill a highball glass with ice.

2) Add 30 ml of vodka (1 oz).

3) Add 30 ml of Blue curaçao (1 oz).

4) Squeeze 1 lemon.

5) Add 100 ml of water (3.5 oz).

6) Add 2 tbsp of sugar.

7) Stir using a tablespoon.

8) Serve.

I have a most wonderful memory of drinking a version of this drink on the side of the quay in a little fishing village in Corfu. That drink was made with gin and tonic water.
A property of the quinine in tonic water is that it glows in UV light and so the sunlight made our glasses glow in our hands.
