Introduction: Blueberry Betty

The Blueberry Betty is a delightful, easy, and healthy dessert which is great for any occasion. It is very simple to make for a large crowd. You can spice it up with ice cream and/or whipped cream.

Step 1: Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen Organic Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of Quaker Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup of Imperial Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Cinnamon
  • Half a stick of Butter
  • 1/2 All Purpose Flour
  • Whip Cream
  • Ice Cream

Step 2:

Take out 2 cups of fresh organic blueberries.

Step 3:

Measure out a 1/2 cup of oatmeal, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar.

Step 4:

Add one teaspoon of cinnamon to the mixture.

Step 5:

Add a half stick of butter; soften butter and add everything to the softened butter.

Step 6:

Add half a cup of flour to the mixture.

Step 7:

Combine. Put blueberries on glass dish and sprinkle oatmeal mixture over it.

Step 8:

Sprinkle over blueberries and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
