This costume started with paper mache over a beach ball.
I used the beach ball as a pattern to make a black clothe cover to go over the dried paper mache.
The eyes are white felt glued to the front. The crank in the back is made of cardboard.
I made a blue collar for the neckline. The boot covers are fleece spats worn over sneakers,
The hat is a tube of cardboard covered with blue fabric. The wick is a felt tube stuffer with fiberfill. The fire is yellow , orange and red felt glued together.
