I've been trying and hunting to do a boomerang for a long time. Now what's better than being able to share this with you. In this instructable I will be demonstrating and illustrating my process of this boomerang I created. This includes a set of materials, steps, and of course instructions.

Step 1: Step 1: Get to Know!

This step is the most essential and important in this process, this makes us gather knowledge on how to build and make a functional boomerang. In this step I watched different videos as shown here. Also went into many websites to understand the process. With this I had a background idea of what I was dealing with.

Step 2: Step 2: Supplies and Tools

Here are the following supplies and tools I needed to complete this procedure:

Some of this tools may not be accessible by many but there can be replaced by others. Many of this tools my school supplied but other's I provided.

1) Jigsaw

2) Sanding Machine (also can use sanding paper)

3) Basic tools (scissors, paper, markers, pencils, etc.)

4) Wooden Board (1 by 1 meter)

Quite simple but effective!

Step 3: Step 3: Print and Trace Template

For this I want you to print a template of a boomerang and trace that to your'e wooden board in order to be precise and accurate with your instructable.

Step 4: Step 4: Cut

Use jigsaw to cut your sketch you have drawn in your'e board. (Doesn't has to be perfected)

Step 5: Step 5: Sanding

Sanding is a very important step, this will give your'e boomerang shape and sharpen for it to fly back. So give your'e boomerang a good smooth sanding on the edges and wings.

Step 6: Step 6: Be Creative!

Design it how you want! Make this product more fun than its already. I personally wrote my name and some other drawings for fun.

Step 7: Step 7: Ready for Takeoff!

Now that you have followed this steps you're boomerang is all set and ready for takeoff. Have fun and go play with it, enjoy!
