6. Tape-not shown (if using a background)
7. Pencil-not shown (if you are using a background)

Step 2: Search
Find something out of a magazine and cut it out. Make sure you trace the bottle cap on the picture so when you cut it out it will fit in the bottle cap. You might have to trim it so it fits.
Step 3: Tape
Once you find something out of a magazine, if you are putting a background, cover it with tape. The tape will prevent the colors from smearing when you glue it. When you are done taping, trim the tape off.
Step 4: Glue
Glue the background into the bottle cap. (I'm not using a background, so I didn't glue it down.)
Step 5: Get Charms
Now find the charms you want to put into your bottle cap.
Step 6: Glue
Now glue the charms into the bottle cap wherever you please.
Step 7: Add More Stuff
Add more stuff!
Step 8: Glue Over
When you are done glueing everything in you might want to add glue over the top of it all to make it shiny and secure.
Step 9: Finish
Finished! You can now make it into a necklace, bracelet, ring, magnet, or whatever you want! Have fun creating!
