Step 1: What You Will Need

You will need a:
pen
knife
nail clippers
rubber band

Step 2: Gutting

You will need to take the pen apart. But be sure to keep everything.

Step 3: Drilling and Cutting

You will need to drill a hole in the center of the tube. I said knife at the beginning because that's what I like to use but it's easier to use a drill. You will need to put divots on each end of the tube lined up with the hole for the rubber band. You can use either a knife or nail clippers.

Step 4: Putting Together

Next you put your rubber band in the divots you made.

Step 5: Shooting It

To shoot it, put the ink cartridge in the hole and pull it back with the rubber band on the end, then let go.

Step 6: Putting Back to Gether

If you want it to work as a pen again just put the ink cartridge back in the tube, wrap the rubber band around the pen and put the cap on.
