Wearable bling for your dog, cat, or even yourself!

Step 1: Materials & Step 1

Aluminum foil-lined cookie sheet
Hot Glue Gun
1 Silk Flower
1 Length of 1/4" Elastic Band
1 Circle of Felt
1 Gemstone
1 Collar

Using the foil-lined cookie sheet as your work surface, pre-heat your hot glue gun. Using your dog's collar as your guide, cut a length of elastic that is slightly smaller in circumference than that of the collar. Next, cut a circle of felt large enough to attach to the back of the flower, but small enough so it will not show.

Step 2: Step 2

Glue together the cut length of elastic band overlapping the ends slightly to form a circle. Hold until the glue cools and hardens.

Step 3: Step 3

Glue the elastic circle to the center of the felt circle and let cool and harden

Step 4: Step 4

Glue the felt circle and elastic band to the back of the silk flower and let cool and harden.

Step 5: Step 5

Glue a gemstone to the center of the flower, and let cool and harden.

Step 6: Step 6

Stretch the elastic over the matching collar of your choice.

Step 7: Step 7

Voila! Feel proud as people "Ooo" and "Ahh" about how adorable your pet looks. Attach one to a barette or a ponytail holder, and enjoy the compliments. Bring your black and white pet to a Halloween costume party as a popular animated movie skunk character!
