About: I am an Industrial Designer, who obviously loves to create. Now that I am a mom, most of my creations are inspired by my daughers. I believe that if more parents were making stuff with their kids, the world wo…

Wearing personalized jewelry is trendy. It fits perfectly not only your style and complements your wardrobe. But adds something extra.

I promise when you wear this bracelet you'll smile instantly.

Wether it's the name of your children, boyfriend, pet, your favourite song, an important date or a quote that inspires you. So many possibilities!

Step 1: Gather Your Materials

A set of alphabet stamps

Polymer clay

Exacto knife

Chain

Jump rings

A closure

Step 2: Prepare the Clay

First of all you'll have to condition the clay. Just warm it up kneading and rolling between your hands until it's easy to work with.

Roll it out using the knife's handle or other cylindrical object (a glass or bottle)

Make sure then width is even.

Step 3: Stamp

The most difficult part of this craft is deciding what are you going to write. There are so many good options that you'll want to make many bracelets.

Once you´ve decided, choose the letters. If you are using a scrapbook set like mine, it will come with a base where you put the letters together.

If your stamps don't have that, you'll have to stamp one by one. Don't worry, it will work too.

Step 4: Cut

Trim the excess of clay. I made simple rectangles, but you can make other shapes too.

Make some holes at the edges too.

Step 5: Bake

Because I wanted that my rectangle had a little curve, I bended a paper and use it as a base to lay the clay while baking.

Follow the manufacturer´s instructions for baking. Mine was in the oven for 20 min at 250 F.

Step 6: Assemble the Bracelet

Use the jump rings to join the clay with the chain.

Don't forget to add a closure.

Step 7: Repeat

It will be so awesome that you'll want to make more.

It's perfect as a gift.

If you make two bracelets that complete a quote, keep one and give the other one to your mom, best friend or sister. That will be the best gift ever!
