Step 1: Make the Pcb Board / Fazer a Placa De Circuito Impresso

With the pdf that is attached make the pcb card and respective uv mask.

Com o pdf que está anexado fazer a placa de pcb e respectiva máscara de uv.

Step 2: Welding Double Row Male Breakable Pin Header Connector / Soldar Os Conectores Duplos Machos

Step 3: Remove Variable Resistance / Retirar a Resistência Variável

Remove the variable resistance very carefully and with the iron temperature up to 250ºC to avoid damaging the printed circuit.

Retirar a resistência variável com muito cuidado e com a temperatura do ferro até 250ºC para não danificar o circuito impresso.

Step 4: Solder the Potentiometer / Soldar O Potênciometro

The support sides of the potentiometer must be slightly cut off so that it engages in the 3 holes. Solder the potentiometer.

Next open the hole that will carry the screw.

As partes laterais de apoio, do potênciometro tem que ser ligeiramente cortadas para que ele encaixe nos 3 buracos. Soldar o potênciometro.

A seguir abrir o furo que vai levar o parafuso.

Step 5: Solder the Voltage Regulator to Our Pcb Board / Soldar O Regulador De Tensão À Nossa Placa De Pcb

Step 6: Secure the Display / Colocar O Display

Secure the display and the spacer with the screws, (the top screw has to be cut off as it gets too big).
Solder the wires - yellow in the OUT +, red IN + and black IN - or OUT -.

Fixar com os parafusos o display e o espaçador, (o parafuso de cima tem que ser cortado pois fica muito grande).
Soldar os fios amarelo no OUT +, vermelho IN + e preto no IN - ou OUT -.

Step 7: Welding the DC Plug to the Pcb / Soldar a Ficha Macho DC Na Placa

Step 8: Set the Precision Knob to Potentiometer and Connect to a Power Supply / Colocar O Botão De Precisão Para Potenciómetro E Ligar a Alimentação

And it's done!!!
