Introduction: Briscoff Cheesecake Sandwich

If you want something sweet you NEED to try the Briscoff Cheesecake Sandwich, the creamy buttery flavor when you try it, is just so good!!

I saw something similar on Instagram but had to put my own little spin on it!! I decided to make it a sandwich instead of just a regular cheesecake because... why not!!


Supplies

you will need
•a pack of briscoff cookies
•a briscoff butter spread
•butter
•cream cheese
•powdered sugar

Step 1: Making the Crust

•while making the crust you will need a blinder, and 16 briscoff cookies
•you will need to blind the cookies until there are no chunks and only crumbs

Step 2: Part 2 of Making the Crust

•grab a bowl to put your blinded briscoff crumbs in the bowl
•then you will melt 4tbs of butter
•take the melted butter and put it in the bowl of briscoff crumbs
•mix it until the crumbs are sticking together

Step 3: Part 3 of Making the Crust

•after your crumbs are sticking together you will need an 8x8 pan and cover it with wax paper so the bottom doesn’t stick
•put the crumbs in the pan and firmly press it into shape

Step 4: Making the Cheesecake

•you will need cream cheese,powdered sugar, briscoff spread, and a mixer
•take half of the briscoff spread and put it in a bowl
•then take the whole container 500mg of cream cheese and put it in the same bowl
•take a 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and put it in the bowl
•mix all together till it’s smooth

Step 5: Making the Last Layer

•take the other have of them briscoff spread and melt it in the microwave for about 45 seconds
•then when melted put it on top of the cheesecake and smooth it out

Step 6: Finishing the Sandwich Off

•lastly put the rest of the briscoff cookies on the top and evenly spread them out
•refrigerate for 3 hours minimum
•after cut up in to pieces
•then ENJOY!!
