Introduction: Brown Sugar and Pineapple Glazed Grilled Pork Chops
These pork chops are easy to prepare and taste delicious.
I like to serve them with grilled pineapple and carrots.
Step 1: Ingredients
4 thick boneless pork chops (fresh or thawed)
3/4 cup of brown sugar (packed)
2 six ounce cans of pineapple juice
Step 2: Prepare the Marinade
In a plastic container, mix pineapple juice and brown sugar. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved.
Step 3: Soak the Pork Chops
Place the pork chops in the marinade. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 4: Prepare the Grill
Clean and apply non-stick cooking spray to the grates.
Step 5: Grill Over Medium Heat and Baste
Grill the chops over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes or until done.
Flip the pork chops 4 times during grilling, generously basting on the first 3 flips.
Step 6: Grill Marks
Who doesn't love grill marks?
Step 7: Let It Rest
After removing from the grill, let the meat rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
