Introduction: Brussel Sprouts With Teriyaki Sauce
This is my first instructable. I believe when you EAT healthy, you LIVE healthy. Enjoy the highly nutritious Brussel Sprouts. : )
Brussel Sprouts are rich in antioxidants, helps to protect against Cancer, high in fiber and rich in Vitamin K.

For Teriyaki Sauce :
- Ginger and Garlic pieces
- Soya Sauce (100 ml)
- Water (200ml)
- Sugar (1.5 spoons)
- Honey (1 teaspoon)
- All purpose flour (Maida) - 1 spoon mixed with water
For Brussel Sprouts :
- Brussel Sprouts
- Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper Powder
- Olive Oil
Step 1: Making Teriyaki Sauce
Take 200 ml water in a deep pan.
Add 100 ml soya sauce to the water. ( Basically you take half the soya sauce of the water.)
Let the mixture come to boil.
Step 2: Preparing Sauce
Cut some pieces of ginger and garlic.
Add the pieces of ginger and garlic to the boiling sauce.
Add 2 spoons of sugar.
Add 1 teaspoon of honey.
Take 1 spoon of all purpose flour and make a mixture by adding water to it.
Now, add this to the sauce.
Let the sauce cool down.
You will finally make your homemade thick teriyaki sauce.
Step 3: Cutting Brussel Sprouts
Take fresh Brussel Sprouts.
Wash them well with warm water to prevent dirt and germs.
Remove the tops of the spouts.
Cut them into halves.
Do that accordingly to all the sprouts.
Step 4: Before Frying Sprouts
Take some olive oil in the pan.
Add garlic powder to the oil.
Let the garlic powder become slightly red.
After it becomes slightly red, add salt and black pepper powder.
Now, finally add your homemade Teriyaki sauce.
Step 5: Final Fry
Add brussel sprouts to the fried mixture.
Fry them well.
Cover them with a lid until cooked well.
Step 6: Serving!
Serve your delicious Brussel Sprouts with the left Teriyaki Sauce.
