This dish is sure to be a favorite for casual and fun nights. Combining the ease of ready-to-cook biscuits with the favorites of pizza toppings, the "bubbles" of pizza dough throughout this dish mix with the cheese, sauce, and meats in a mouth-watering, easy to prepare meal. It is even kid and husband friendly!

STEP 1: Ingredients
2 tubes refrigerated, ready-to-cook biscuits
15-16 ounce can or jar of pizza sauce.
1 pound hamburger
1 3.5 ounce package of pepperoni slices (approximately 50 slices)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
8 ounces shredded cheddar
8 ounces shredded mozzarella
1 9x13 pan
Grease or nonstick spray

STEP 2: Food Prep
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Separate and quarter all of the biscuits. Place them into a large mixing bowl.
Quarter all of the pepperoni slices. Add them to your mixing bowl.
Brown and drain the hamburger. Add it to your mixing bowl.
Grease or spray your 9x13 pan.

STEP 3: Bake, Add Cheese, Bake More
Bake the dish for approximately 25 minutes. The biscuits should have risen a bit and feel firmer to the touch than a raw biscuit.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly over the top of the pizza. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until all the cheese is thoroughly melted.

STEP 4: Add and Mix Ingredients
Add your sauce, the minced garlic, and half of the cheddar to your mixing bowl. Mix everything in the bowel together thoroughly.
Spoon the mixture into your prepared 9x13 pan. Spread evenly into the pan.

I think I will try this (will half the recipe to try it).
You didn't mention the pizza sauce in the description (unless I missed it), but it just gets mixed in with everything else, right?

Let me know how it goes! Even though we just made (and consumed) this over the weekend, making the instructable made me crave it so I went and bought supplies to make it again later this week :-D It really is yummy.
