Build a King Size Bed That Transforms Into a Multi Gym

This instructable is a step by step video course showing how to build a Home Gym Bed, which is a king size bed that transforms into a multi gym, incorporating a Smith machine and cable pulley exercise machine.

The Home Gym Bed has been designed for people who prefer to workout at home but don't have the room for bulky, space hungry weight training equipment.

The build is pretty long and involved, which is why I thought it best to show each stage of the build using videos rather than writing about each step - or this would end up being a very very long instructable!
