Introduction: Bulgogi Sandwich (Korean Bulgogi)

About: Hi! I am Klinong, that is how my loving family calls me, except my brother, he calls me Krinyol, as I have silly curly hair :) I love Instructables for forever now, especially for the contests ha-ha!, but I …

Bulgogi is awesome. You can grill them, stir fry them on pan, or cook on griddle, whichever you prefer.

I've always loved bulgogi, be it beef, chicken, or with soy curls like this following recipe of mine. That being said, if you'd like to use beef or chicken instead soy curls, by all means, please do so :)

You may subs the apple with pear instead, or rice wine instead rice vinegar.

I got my soy curls from Butlerfoods, you may use similar products (-it's not easy to find this product in Canada, but I heard there are similar soy strips/products in Australia) but not tvp granules please.

Indonesian Fresh Salad:

To prepare this is pretty simple, and only if you want to as side dish. All you have to do is mixed diced carrots, cucumber slices, snap peas slices, onion slices, garlic slices, with some water, seasoned with white vinegar, salt, and sugar. So the final result should be sweet and soury; and if you'd like to, you can also add a couple of bird eye chilies, whole.
