Intro: Burnt Zombie Hand Meatloaf!

This Burnt Zombie Hand Meatloaf is sure to gross you out and yet be delightfully tasty all at the same time. Simple, quick and big effect - It doesn't get any better than that. This was one of my favorite Halloween meals so far, served on a bed of rice(maggots of course). The red blood peaking through the burnt skin gave it an extra flair of disgusting that everyone needs on Halloween. :)

STEP 1: Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2lbs of ground meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 onion minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1 package sliced Muenster cheese
  • Cut onion into five large fingernails
  • Cut onion for a wrist bone

STEP 2: Mixing

In a large bowl add the ground meat, egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and minced onion. Mix with your hands until everything is blended evenly.

STEP 3: Forming

First form a palm shape with the meat. Then form the individual fingers. Make sure to attach well them by pressing the meat together. Use your hand as reference. ;)

After you get the perfect hand shape you will add the finger nails. I pressed them in hard without denting it too much.

Now add the chunk of onion into the wrist area. It's all about the details!

Then brush the top with Ketchup.

STEP 4: Final Touches

Next cut the muenster cheese into pieces that are slightly smaller than the fingers.

Cover the hand in cheese with the exception of the nails.

Cook for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

I chose to leave the hand in a casserole dish with the gross juices surrounding it. I thought it looked more gross that way. You can also display it over a bed of rice(maggots)

cool, but offensive to actual burn victims. and don't give me that "PC has gone too far" nonsense.

I apologize if you found my Halloween recipe offensive.

Love the zombie hand recipe!! Hope the zombies aren't offended but I think your pics are cool. Making this tomorrow!
