Introduction: Butterfinger Cookies

About: Beep. Boop.

Two of my favorite things, combined into one chewy goodness: Butterfingers and cookies.

The end result is very chewy, slightly flat cookies: the best type.

Step 1: Ingredients+Tools

Ingredients:

  • Butterfingers - 24 oz
  • Flour - 3 cups
  • Sugar - 2 cups
  • Brown sugar - 1 cup
  • Butter, melted - 2 sticks
  • Eggs - 2
  • Salt - pinch
  • Baking soda - 2 pinches
  • Vanilla extract - however much your heart desires. I used about 2 tbs

Tools:

  • Mixer
  • Measuring cup
  • Oven (preheated to 350°F)
  • Cookie sheet/sheet baking pan
  • Parchment paper

Step 2: Smash.

Go nuts. Use a rolling pin, meat mallet, hammer, up to you. Just make sure to put it in a strong bag, first, or risk chunks flying everywhere.

Step 3: Combine.

You know the drill. Get out your favorite mixer or do it by hand.

Step 4: Bake.

Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper, then bake at 350°F for 12-16 minutes.

If your cookies stuck together, separate or cut immediately after removing from oven.

Let cool, then consume!
