want to do something complex in performance, not everyone is familiar with electronics, not everyone has equipment. I want to offer a simple and accessible thing that could be repeated with the child.

A modern balloon, many know that it can fly, hot air is injected into it. Hot air, it rises up. Once in the dome, fills and raises it. The ball has a large volume and easily takes a basket, balloon gas and three or four passengers into flight. To make the ball volatile, a portion of hot air is periodically blown into it.

Chinese flashlights have the same principle. A wonderful sky flashlight, similar to a small balloon, although without passengers, was invented two thousand years ago, in China. People, launching this miracle, believed that flashlights made of rice paper were able to fulfill wishes. They are arranged as follows: rice paper, below a bamboo frame, to which a burner is attached. The fuel burns, heat forms, a lift is created.

They are available for sale, their cost is from 50 to 300 rubles. It's not cracking fireworks. They are silent, gentle and romantic, like supper by candlelight. When you escort a shimmering light in the dark, the impression is that a piece of the soul rises into eternity.

Why do
people do these things themselves, their cost is not great? I think they just feel a sense of deep satisfaction from their work done with their own hands.

Step 1: Production

Found a 60

liter polyethylene bag, cheap. Not for reasons of economy - just the cheaper, the thinner, therefore, it will rise higher. I turned it around and measured with a roulette what the frame should be.

For the frame, i took an angle of PVC, cut it into two parts with scissors along and glued them into a ring.

Then the bag was pulled over the ring and fixed with adhesive tape.

Pulled the cross over the ring with a thin copper wire, and laid the platform under the burner with foil.

A flare made from a napkin melted the paraffin and impregnated the napkins, folding several times.

It was a deep evening, I went to the outskirts. Lit the napkins, the dome somehow lazily began to gain volume. Two times the flame licked the wall of the dome, but the bag did not melt. A minute later, the hands felt that the flashlight had lost the attraction of the earth. Opening my fingers, I let go of the flashlight and watched as the flickering light got further and less.

That's all, a great pastime with the family, how much joy the children had! But the most important thing is very budget.
