I like shortcuts in cooking, which is how this got invented one lazy day at dinner time. It's called "cheaterladas", because it's enchiladas, but made with cheating...
NEEDED:
* 1 box of taquitos from the freezer section (i use the ground beef and cheese ones)
* 1 can of enchilada sauce (i use mild)
* toppings! (i use 1/2 of a diced red onion, i freeze the other diced half to use later)
* 8 ozs shredded cheese (i use medium cheddar)
follow the steps to a yummy, easy, cheap dinner!
