Introduction: CHOCOLATE CHIP ICED FRAPPUCCINO (FRAPPE)

Step 1: BLEND

120ml Water (Hot)

2tsp Espresso Powder

2tbsp Light Brown Sugar

2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

200g Ice

120ml Double Cream

60g Chocolate Syrup

1/4tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

40g Chocolate Chips

Add the espresso powder to the hot water along with the brown sugar and leave to cool completely. Once cooled, add the the espresso mixture to a blender along with the ice cream and ice and blend. Once blended add the cream, chocolate syrup, vanilla and chocolate chips. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, chocolate chips and chocolate syrup.
