CRAFTY WITH QUILLING

Today we'll brush up on a technique in craft known as Quilling. 
Quilling is an art form that involves the use of paper strips that are rolled, shaped and glued together to create decorative designs. Quilling tools are easily available at your nearest craft store. All you need to do is buy one and start quilling. 

 

Step 1:

Pick a colored strip and insert the strip in the quilling tool. You can then start winding it around to create a basic coil shape.

Step 2:

Now glue the paper at the tip and pinch one side of the coil to form different shapes.

Step 3:

After making a desired shape start arranging the shapes in your desired form. You can form flowers, leaves, ornaments and much more with these quills. 

Step 4:

Here, I stuck my quilled shapes to a card and turned it into a very attractive gifting idea.
Put your grey cells to use and make your own quilled masterpiece.
