Question 5 years ago on Introduction
really loving this and want to copy but cant find a gas stove to fit a box, all stoves seem to be 260mm deep or more and all boxes unless really expensive ones are less than 260mm, can I ask where your stove /box came from
many thanks

Hi Jeremy! Thanks for reaching out. The one I used was a basic Coleman 2-burner. The legs fold down so it stows perfectly within the closed lid. Here's a link to the build and all the items I used: http://listory.co/chuckbox

Very good idea. I will keep my eyes open for one of these tool boxes at markets or garage sales!

Thanks! The build itself was relatively simple. The side shelves were the most complicated part. Unfortunately, I didn't keep the paper template that I drew up for it, but you can get a good idea of the general shape from the images. Let me know if you have any questions or run into any trouble. Looking forward to seeing yours when it's done!
