Introduction: Cappuccino of Mushroom

This soup presented in a coffee cup is part of a whole menu of 3 or 4 courses or a small dish for a walking dinner.

Step 1: Ingredients

  • 200 grams mushrooms
  • 2 shallots
  • 20 grams butter
  • ½ l cream
  • 1 dl stock
