I made a replica Captain America shield out of card board, glue, and duct tape. It could be used be used as a prop for costume but I use it for airsoft. The shield can stand up to 440-460fps without pennitration and is extremely durable. If you want instructions, look at seamster's instruct able: that's what I used!
