We bought the captains outfit from amazon. The boat is a rectangle box I got for free from Lowes. I spray painted and added windows using black construction paper. The smoke stacks are paper towel rolls with tape around it and cotton balls for smoke. I tied rope on both sides for it to hang from his shoulders
