Caramel Almond Butter Cookies

Introduction: Caramel Almond Butter Cookies

This cookie has the crunchy texture of the cookies outside and juicy crunchy taste of the almond caramel mix inside

Supplies

Cookies batter
All purpose flour-1 cup(240ml)
Powdered sugar -1/2 cup(120ml)
Butter. -200g
Salt - a pinch
For caramel preparation
Sugar -1/2 cup
Whipping cream-6tbspoon
Almond. -20gms / as per your taste
Salt - a pinch

Step 1: Making Cookies Dough

1. Beat the butter until it become fluffy
2.Add powdered sugar little by little and beat thoroughly
3.Add all purpose flour little by little and make the dough

Step 2: Almond Caramel Mix Preparation

1. Heat 1/2 cup of sugar in a pan till it melts and become light brown colour
2. Now add the whipping cream
3.Stirr well
4.Add chopped almonds and stirr well and switch off the flame
5.Use after cool

Step 3: Shaping Cookies

1.Spread cookies batter
2.Cut to desired shape (Here I've used round shape)
3.Lay one piece of the shaped batter, over to it add a little almond caremel prepared and lay another shaped cookies batter over it.
4.Now ready to bake

Step 4: Baking the Cookies

1.Preheat the oven for 5 mts at 160degree Celcius.
( If you don't have oven please preheat your cooker or tawa in medium flame for 10 minutes place a cookie plate holder inside the cooker / tawa)
2.Place the cookies inside the oven set up for 15 minutes @160 degree Celsius
( In tawa or cooker keep the flame at medium and bake for 20-25 mts inbetween check whether done)
3. Here the bell rang after mts and your delicious caramel almond cookies are ready to serve
