In case you don't have a corn the caramel bread popcorn is a best substitute for your cravings.

Fries which made simply without potato is something different and its a must try.

The vegan musk melon smoothie is a healthy and tasty drink.

THESE THREE CAN A PERFECT SUBSTITUTE EVENING SNACK

Step 1: SUPPLIES FOR BREAD POPCORN

Bread - 5 Slices

Sugar - 5 tablespoon

Butter - 2 table spoon

Milk - 3 tablespoon

Step 2: Toasting the Bread

Cut the bread into small pieces.

In a pan add 1 tablespoon butter and add the bread. Toast the bread.

Once the bread gets toasted take it out and keep separately.

Step 3: Making Caramel Sauce

Add the sugar in a pan.

Add 3 tablespoons of water and cook until the sugar melts.

After the sugar gets melted add the butter.

Now add the milk gradually and cook until it reaches a creamy consistency.

Step 4: Bread Popcorn

Add the toasted bread into the caramel syrup and mix well

The sweet and crispy caramel popcorn is ready.

Step 5: SUPPLIES FOR FRIES

Semolina - 50 grams

Water - 1 cup

Salt

Pepper

Oil - for frying

Step 6: Cooking the Semolina

Take a pan and boil the water.

Add the semolina and some salt.

At this stage keep the flame at low temperature. Cover the pan and cook it for 5 minutes.

Step 7: Kneading

Take the cooked semolina and knead it to a soft dough.

Spread the dough at 1 cm thickness using rolling pin.

Cut the dough in the shgape of fries.

Step 8: Frying and Seasoning

In a pan heat the oil and fry the semolina dough.

Fry it until golden brown in color.

Season it with some salt and pepper.

Serve it with some tomato ketchup for extra taste.

Step 9: SUPPLIES FOR MUSK MELON SMOOTHIE

Musk melon - 100 grams

Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon (optional)

Ice cubes

Step 10:

Add the musk melon, brown sugar and ice cubes in a blender. Blend it smoothly.

Serve chilled. It's an alternative healthy treat for your usual drinks.
