Introduction: Slideshow: Cardboard Mushroom Bookshelf (Hot-glue Method)
I wanted to test a different construction method with cardboard shelves.Would it be as durable as the Eric Guiomar strut construction method? It uses a lot less cardboard and smaller pieces could be joined together to 'jig-saw' a larger construction. It's able to take up less room and hold a lot more items.
Materials you will need - hot glue, cardboard, scissors, sharp cutting knife and gummed paper tape.
So far with light items, it seems to be holding up well.
It took only a couple hours to complete, minus painting and decoration (please see Mini Circular Shadowbox for decoration and waterproofing steps)
