Introduction: Cardboard Quarter Pipe
Okay People!
If You Like Mini Fingerboard/bike Stuff Or You Are Just Bored At The Table Or At School Here Is How To Make A Mini Quarter Pipe For All Your Mini Extreme Sports Fun !
Step 1: Materials
Okay then
you will need
Scissors
Card
PVA or Prittstick
Kebab Stick
The last one is optional, its for the coping if you can't find one you could just roll up a bit of card or whatever
Step 2: Cutting the Pieces
Okay Then You will need to cut two identical pieces like the ones in the picture (2 pieces for each QP)
A Deck bit that is as long as you want but the same width as the top of your slopey bits
A Base which is the same length as the deck and wide enogh to fit the Slope bits on.
Step 3: Assembling the Frame
Okay Then
You want to attach the deck piece to the two ramp bits with glue or tape so it has the two sloping bits on either end of it.
Then put that complete bit onto the base as shown in the image.
WAIT FOR THAT TO DRY BEFORE GOING ON TO THE NEXT STEP
Step 4: Crossbars
After That has dried you cut up some crossbars which are longer than the base so that the overhang the sides by a good bit.
After You Have Made enough you can put a sludge of glue on the crossbars and attch in a way that resmbles that photo below.
Step 5: The Actual Ramp Surface
After The crossbars have dried, cut up some bits of card to glue on top of the crossbars to act as a first layer of ramp. these can be as scrappy as you want they can overhang too.
then after that has dried you can cut up one big bit of card to lay over the scrappyer bits of it when this is cut to size you can glue it over the scrappy bits.
Step 6: Coping (optional)
This is optional.
cut the kebab stick up so it is the length of your deck and glue it right on the edge of the deck just about where the deck meets the ramp bit
You Are Done !!!
Step 7: Fun !
You can make this bigger or longer or in larger quantities to make your own mini skatepark!
Have Fun
Thanks
