Laser Cut Cardboard Sword

Time for some Cardboard Sword action using the Laser Cutter at Techshop!

Step 1: Sketch

First I started with a super detailed scribbly sketch of a cool looking sword that I'm going to use as a Template.

Step 2: Import

I imported the sketch into Illustrator and created a vector version for the Laser Cutter.

Step 3: Assembly

With the pieces cut, I recruited a good friend Elmer to help put things together.

Step 4: Glue, Glue, Glue.

I glued the pieces and stacked them together according to the precise calculations of my initial sketch.

Step 5: Let Dry

Let dry and Tada! A super cool (semi-safe) card board sword that I made at Techshop!! http://techshop.ws/
