Hello and Today I will be showing you how to make a cat in the hat hat.This is very easy and simple to make.

Supplies

3 Red Strips of paper

2 White Strips of paper

1 Red circle

1 Paper Plate

1 Glue Stick

1 Pair of Scissors

1 Stapler

Step 1: Bill

First measure you head and then cut a circle in the hat as big as your hat..

Step 2: The First Stripes

Next cut out 3 red stripes and 2 white strips.Glue the first red stripe on the paper

plate.

Step 3: The Second Stripe

Next glue the Second stripe on.Go on until you get to the last stripe the Red stripe.Then cut out a red circle and staple it on.
