I'm a huge fan of FX Network's show Archer, and espciailly the mad scientist (not that kind of Doctor) Doctor Krieger character, so when I needed a cheap, easy, last minute costume for my company I threw together a Cell Shaded take on this Boy From Brazil... and took home First Prize.
Total cost was less then $40 (less if you have supplies on hand), and total time was about 14 hours, but if I were to do it again I could cut the time in half.
