Introduction: Changing Baler Teeth

Today I will be showing you on how to change baler teeth on a New Holland 560 baler.

Step 1: Gathering Your Tools

You want to start out by gathering the tools that you are going to be needed during the process. Some of the tools needed are a hammer, baler teeth, 13mm wrench, and an impact with a 13mm socket.

Step 2: Taking Off the Gaurd

The next step is to now take the bolts off from the gaur, so you are then able to take the gaurd off. There will be 4 bolts. 2 on the top and 2 on the bottom.

Step 3: Taking the Baler Tooth Off

With the guard off, you are now able to take your 13mm wrench and put it on the nut and also take the impact and put it on the bolt, taking the baler tooth off.

Step 4:

With the old baler tooth off, you are ready for the new one.

Step 5: Tightening the New One On

After lining up the new tooth in its place, you can now take your wrench and put it on the nut and the impact can go on the bolt, tightening it very tight.

Step 6: Putting the Gaurd On

Once the tooth is on, you are now ready to line up the guard to the place in which you can put the bolts in and tighten it.

Step 7: Tightening the Bolts

With the guard on, you are now ready for the bolts to be put in and tightened. Once that is done you are ready to go.
