FIRST OF ALL I WANT TO CLEAR YOUR ALL DOUBT BEFORE STARTING.I AM NOT ANY TECHNICAL AND MECHANICAL EXPERT IN MACHINE SO YOU DONT NEED TO SPEND 100 OF DOLLAR IN THIS PROJECT IT IS SO CHEAP AND CONVENIENT PROJECT.YOU CAN BUILD THIS UNDER 3 HOUR (time of drying of glue is not included)

Step 1:

Materials Required

1-} 2 remote control car of same company
2-} USB Cable of charging pin used in your mobile or laptop *1
3-} Ultrabright LED *5
4-} 4volt 0.4ampere bulb *2
5-} Ni-Cd,Ni-Mh charging battery or No-Hg/Cd battery (Quantity of battery depend on your car and remote you can use Li-ion battery also)
6-} Li-ion battery for led and bulb *1
7-}  Resistor 6kohms – 10k ohms
8-} Diode IN 4001
9-} Soldering Iron
10-} Wire
11-} Almunium Foil
12-} Cardboard
13-} Scissors
14-} Tape
15-} Thermacol

Step 2:

                                                     STEPS TO MAKE

STEP-1) Make body of your robot using cardboards of your book (use flexible cardboard) and thermacol and cover it with almunium foil.Make hair, eyes and smile in robot face .Make a  base of robot and fix car in it.

 Fix the bulb in robot`s nose or eyes and led in the robot`s chest. Make a cutout for usb and switch which lay out of robot  body

WARNING-Don`t touch robot when it`s charging it give a shock because it covers with almunium foil

                                                                       YOU CAN ALSO DO----
You can add a small i-pod who run with your li-ion battery. You can also add lipo or li-ion battery in the place of Ni-Cd/Mh battery used in car, it give you a lightweight robot. If you want to spend some money then you can add an infra-red-sensor in your robot`s hand, then it sake hand with your friends.I hope you enjoy with this robot.
