Cheap Paper Whistle

Heres how to make a cheap, unique sounding whistle.This ones different, instead of blowing you must inhale.

Step 1: Step 1: Roll the Paper.

To do this lay out a flat piece of paper. At the corner of the paper place and begin to roll around it.

Step 2: Step 2: Close It Up

Either tape it down or glue the flap left over. Remove the pencil from the inside, if you're having trouble just get another pencil and poke it out.

Step 3: Step 3: Cut

Flatten out both ends of the paper. When they are flat ,on one side cut out in the shape of a V.
