Introduction: Checkers Board and Peices
My name is Calvin and I go to Fairview High School. I made a 8 by 8 Checkers board in fusion 360 including 24 pieces.
Supplies
Fusion 360
Step 1: Making the Board
In fusion 360 the first step to making a checkers board was to create a and 8 by 8 board of squares. I made 64 different squares and made the ones diagonal to each other the same height and the ones horizontal to each other different heights.
Step 2: Making the Peices
In order to make the pieces of for the checkers board, I made a 10 mm by 10 mm cylinder and coped it into each position.
Step 3: Coloring the Board
Coloring the board:
To color the board I chose to make a black and white board. I used the filling tool to change the color. I needed to do this because then it will be an actual checkers board.
Step 4: Coloring the Peices
I then need to color the pieces so that you won't be confused what pieces are yours and what pieces are your opponents pieces.
Step 5: Finished Project
This is the final product!
