In this instructable, I will show you how to make cheddar & herb bread.
Step 1: Ingredients
For this recipe you will need:
3 c flour
1 1/2 c warm water (not too hot!)
1 tsp thyme leaves
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp basil
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 tsp garlic
Step 2: Activate the Yeast!

Step 5: Water That Stuff
Stir the rest of the water in a little at a time.
Step 6: Say Cheese!
Mix the cheese into your dough.
Step 7: Proof It!
Use a cheap disposable shower cap to cover the bowl and allow your dough to proof.
Step 8: Oven-sort Of.
Place the dough in the oven that has the oven light on (but don't preheat/turn the oven on) for 30 minutes.
Step 9: Fight!
Remove the shower cap and with a floured hand, punch your dough (only once, it's not like it owes you money or anything).
Step 10: Back Into the Oven
Place the shower cap back on and put the dough back in the oven (light on, not the temperature) for 30 minutes again.
Step 11: So Kneady
Remove your dough from the oven and the bowl it's in and place on a floured surface. Knead the dough for a few minutes.
Step 12: Last Proof!
Place the dough into your bread pan and cover with the shower cap.
Preheat the oven to 400° and place the bread pan on top of the stove while it's heating up to proof for the last time.
Step 13: Bakin'!
After the stove is preheated, place the dough in the oven to bake for 50 minutes.
Step 14: Slice and Enjoy!
I hope you enjoyed this instructable! If you try this bread out let me know what you think.
