Introduction: Cheesecake Without Cheese

Cheesecake is a favorite dessert for all age group people. Here is a simple recipe for cheesecake without the cheese.

I have also made this without the spring form pan and oven for those who does not have any spring form pan.

It's a complete compromising reccipe for a regular cheesecake.

Now everyone can make cheesecake even without the oven and spring form pan.

Even the beginners can easily make this cake as it came out well for me at the 1st time using this method.

I have made a classic cheesecake if you need flavors you can add any flavor you wish.

Now lets get into the recipe of "WITHOUT CHEESE, WITHOUT SPRING FORM PAN, and NO BAKE CHEESECAKE"

Step 1: Supplies

Yogurt - 100 gram

Milk - 100 ml

Condensed milk - 100 gram

Biscuits (for crust)

Butter - 2 tablespoons

Step 2: Making the Crust

Image 1: In a blender add the biscuits and melted butter. Blend it coarsely.

For cheesecake without a spring form take a normal cake tin or any other vessel and cover it with the aluminium foil. The edge of the foil should be folded outside the vessel for pulling out the cake from the vessel.

Image 2: Add the crust and spread it equally in the vessel. Refrigerate it for 15 minutes.

Step 3: Making the Cheesecake

Image 1: In a mixing bowl add the yogurt, milk, and condensed milk.

Make sure the yogurt is thick in consistency. In case if there is any excess water content remove it by hanging the yogurt in clean thin cloth for up to 2 hrs.

Image 2: Mix it well without any lumps.

Image 3: Once the crust is set add the mixture to it.

Cover the top of the vessel with the aluminium foil.

Take a pan, add some water and place a stand inside the pan.

Place the covered cheesecake vessel inside the pan and close the lid of the pan

Steam at a low flame for up to 40-45 minutes.

If you're baking it using the oven bake it at 120 degree

Step 4: Decorating

After 45 minutes taking out the cheesecake from the steamer or oven, keep the cheesecake in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Its important to refrigerate it.

For decoration i have used store bought jam i spread it all over the cake and added some frozen pomegranate as toppings while serving.

Image 1 : Slice the cake in to pieces and serve it with some toppings to it according to your taste and preference
