Introduction: Chicken Filet With Mungo Seedlings, Bamboo Shoots & Coconut Cream Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
500g chicken filet
400ml coconut milk
350g mungo seedlings
300g bamboo shoots
300ml cream
2 spoons chives
2 spoons parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon paprika
Step 1: Preparation
Cut the chicken filet in stripes. Add chives, parsley, pepper, salt, curry & paprika. Mix everything together and place the chicken on an oven plate. Place bamboo shoots & mungo seedlings. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air.
Step 2: The Sauce
Put the coconut milk & the cream in a bowl. Scatter salt, pepper, curry & paprika to it and stir erverything together. After 20 minutes grab the oven plate and pour the cream over it.
Step 3: Finish
Put the plate back in the oven for another 20 minutes. Now grab a portion and enjoy. Look at my other work.
