Introduction: Chicken Kebabs
Hello everyone. It's officially summer! The beautiful sunny weather is here.We decided do some outdoor cooking on our barbeque and take advantage of the beautiful weather. Here's the recipe, and hope everyone likes and enjoys it as much as we did! Happy cooking!
Step 1: Ingredients:
½ Kg Chicken Mince meat
1 tsp All-spices powder
1 tsp Paprika Powder
½ tsp Corriander Powder
½ tsp Ginger
½ Onion (Finely Chopped)
3-4 Green chillies (Finely Chopped)
Salt to taste
Wood Skewers-For Barbeque
Step 2: Mixing Ingredients
Mix all ingredients and finely chopped onions to clean and washed Chicken Mince Meat. Cover this with cling wrap.
Step 3: Marination
Refrigerate the mixture and marinate Overnight.
Step 4: Forming Kebabs
Soak the wooden barbeque skewers in some water before forming kababs on them.
Take handful of mince meat and shape it elongated onto the sticks as shown in the pictures.
Step 5: Light Up That Barbecue!
Preheat outdoor grill or BBQ. Place the skewers on the barbecue diagonally and cook on each side for 10-15 minutes until you get those beautiful diagonal grill marks. Brush oil on both sides using silicon brush occasionally as they cook.
Step 6: Serve!
Serve hot with salad, pita bread and lemon wedges.
