Introduction: Chilli Paneer - Indian Cuisine

An other recipe to make your weekend special "CHILLI PANEER" which is an Indian recipe with a restaurant touch that contains a combination of chopped onions, garlic and chillies , Tomato flavour with some vinegar and soya sauce.

Supplies

  1. full packet of Paneer Cubes
  2. Onions (2)
  3. Green Chillies(3)
  4. Garlic Cloves(4 to 5)
  5. Capsicum, ( half)
  6. 1 Tablespoon of Salt
  7. 1 Tablespoon of Chilli Powder
  8. 1/2 Tablespoon of Turmeric
  9. Soup Powder(optional)
  10. 3 Tablespoons of Oil

Step 1: Preparation of Paneer

  1. Switch on the stove
  2. Keep a medium sized kadai
  3. Once its heated , Add three tablespoon of oil
  4. Add the paneer cubes
  5. Fry until the colour changes to brownish yellow(Transfer it to a bowl)
  6. Finely chop the onions, garlic and chillies.

Step 2: Preparation of Gravy

  1. In the same Kadai, Add chopped capsicum, fry for sometime. ( Image 1 in Step 2)
  2. Then add finely chopped onions, garlic and green chillies (Image 2 in Step 2)
  3. Add one tablespoon of salt and one chilli powder ( Image 3 and image 4 in Step 2)
  4. Stir for sometime( Image 5 in Step 2)
  5. Close the lid for about a minute
  6. Then Add Soup Powder or Pasta Masala for gravy Texture ( Image 6 in step 2)
  7. Add Some water and mix it until gravy texture forms (Image 7 in Step 2)

Step 3: Final Step

  1. Once the gravy texture is formed add the fried paneer ( Image 1 in Step 3)
  2. Mix it thoroughly until the gravy completely spreads to the paneer
  3. Serve it to bowl and garnish it carrots and tomato sauce
