Introduction: Choco Muffins With Peanutbutter Topping Recipe



250g flour

250ml milk

260g peanutbutter

225g sifted powder sugar

225g chocolate

150g sugar

115g butter

30ml oil

cocoa powder

2 teaspoons baking powder

a half teaspoon bikarbonat

1 egg

a muffin baking pan

Step 1: Preparation

Cut the chocolate in small pieces and put them in a bowl. Add sugar, a few spoons cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, bikarbonat and mix it together. Give the oil, the egg & the milk in the bowl and stir it. Fill the dough in the muffin baking pan.

Step 2: Finish

Give the form in the preheaded oven at 150 degrees celsius circulating air for about 20 minutes. Let the muffins cool down. Give the peanut butter and the butter in a bowl and stir them creamy. Add the powder sugar and mix it. When it begins to become firm, gradually add the milk to it. Stir it until it is very creamy. Place the buttercream on the muffins. I did it with a freezing bag. Decorate them with a piece of chocolate and enjoy.
